Displays Attackers & Victims lists on death or round end.
Provides the "say /hp" command that displays some stats about your killer.
NOTE: Don't use this plugin if you are already using default, faster and better developed stats plugin. This release is only a nice example of how you can create stats for Day Of Defeat and other mods than Counter-Strike (which is already supported by CSStats module).

Installation :
- Extract file av_list.amx to directory addons/amx/plugins
- Open addons/amx/plugins/plugins.ini
- Add a line containing : av_list.amx
