Awp2Scout v1.1
This plugin changes a players awp to a scout whenever they purchase or pick
it up. You could easily restrict the awp, but I think this is a bit more fun.

Installation :
- Extract file awp2scout.amx to directory addons/amx/plugins
- Open addons/amx/plugins/plugins.ini
- Add a line containing : awp2scout.amx
